What is Hello15 ?
Take 15 months credit, if you settle in 15 weeks, you wont be charged any interest. If life happens, you can just continue with your minimum payments over the full 15 months. Only a £15 deposit required

Pay on Finance
We know a new bed or sofa can be a big investment. That's why we offer the option to Pay on Finance with our partners Snap Finance.
All Snap Finance loans come with a 15week interest free pay period. Pay the full amount back in 15 weeks and there's no interest to pay. Just use the application to be pre-authorised on how much you can borrow to complete a selection of products.
For Example: Cost of Goods £915, Deposit £15, Amount of Credit £900, Annual Fixed Interest Rate 69.75%, Weekly Payment £21.03, Term 65 Weeks, Total Payable £1381.95, Representative APR 99.9%

- Once accepted, pay the down payment and sign your application
Finance Terms and Conditions
If your application is successful, your order will be sent to the factory for production and then straight to your door within 2-3 weeks.
Should you cancel your credit agreement and have already received products from us, then you will be liable to pay in full for the product (unless your cancellation rights apply).
Who is eligible for finance?
Finance is available on orders of £250 or more, placed on our website. This amount includes any additional services and delivery options selected, however does not take into account any promotions, such as cashback.
You'll need to be:
- 18 years or older.
- Minimum £200 Weekly income
- Resident in the resident.
- Active current account that accepts Direct Debit.
- Only available for customers in England and Wales.
Other conditions may apply and we cannot guarantee that your application will be accepted.
How long will it take to apply?
You should get an instant answer on whether your application for finance has been successful. In some cases, Snap Finance may need to look at the application in more detail before making their decision.
What do I need to apply?
All you need to do is fill out the online form at the payment stage and add an electronic signature. It’s important you use your full name and address details and make sure everything is spelt correctly. Please note, this is an online and instore finance option.
What happens if my application is turned down?
Applications may not be accepted for a number of reasons, including mis-typed information, or not meeting the specified requirements. Please note that other conditions may apply and we cannot guarantee that your application will be accepted.
If your application isn’t successful, you can still purchase the item in full via PayPal/ PayPal Credit or with a valid credit or debit card. If your application is declined, it’s usually for one of the following reasons:
- you do not meet the eligibility criteria;
- adverse credit reference agency information;
- your credit score;
- you are considered to be overcommitted financially
- You’re existing account performance with other lenders.
If you wish to appeal the decision made by Snap Finance it’s advised you obtain an up to date copy of your credit report before appealing directly to Snap.
